The McCombs Graduate Entrepreneurship Society’s Meeting of the Minds is a monthly meetup for UT graduate student entrepreneurs that features a presentation by a student-run business along with networking and collaboration opportunities. The next Meeting of the Minds is happening on Wednesday, January 31 from noon to 1 PM at Texas Venture Labs, RRH 1.354.

The TEX-E Prize is a multi-round startup competition for Texas students who are developing innovative technologies and business models to support the energy transition and address climate change. Three winners will receive a combined total of $50,000 in cash prizes to advance their ventures. All teams must include at least one actively enrolled student at a university in Texas. Applications are now open for the 2024 Rice Business Plan Competition, happening April 4-6th at Rice University in Houston, TX.
