Texas Governor Greg Abbott has appointed T3 Founder, Author, Artist and trailblazer, Gay Gaddis to the Governor’s Commission for Women, alongside 14 others. After building T3, an innovative digital agency that Gaddis grew into the largest woman-owned independent advertising agency in the nation, Gaddis has served on numerous boards and is currently the Board of Directors President of Texas Exes, the University of Texas’ official alumni organization as well as an active speaker on women’s leadership and entrepreneurship. Gaddis also founded and co-teaches “Women Who Mean Business,” a women’s development program at the McCombs School of Business, and is the best-selling author of Cowgirl Power: How to Kick Ass in Business & Life.
