Every year, new MPA students have their pictures taken at MPA Orientation and the pictures are uploaded to their respective profiles in MOR (McCombs Online Resources). Professors have the ability to view these profiles so that they can better know and identify the students in their classrooms. Although students do not have the ability to prevent professors from viewing their photo, they do have the option to allow or prevent fellow classmates from doing so. Here’s how:

  1. Access MOR. To do so, you can go through the MPA Career Services Canvas and select “Schedule Career Advising”. Or, if you are on the McCombs home page look at the top right of the page for the MOR link.
  2. Log in using your UT EID.
  3. Click on the “Update Profile” button at the top right corner of the page.
  4. To allow other students to view your picture, check the boxes. Leaving the boxes unchecked will keep your picture hidden.profile
  5.  Click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page.

That’s it!

Note: this is the only place that your Orientation photo is posted. If you have any questions, please contact MPAOffice@mccombs.utexas.edu.
