Class Note: Barney C. Wiley, BBA ’98, MPA ’98

Trinity Bank’s President and Chairman of the Board has announced that three bank executive vice presidents, including Barney Wiley, have been named to the Fort Worth bank’s board of directors.

Barney started his career as a certified public accountant. At Trinity, he has been on the lending team for the past sixteen years.

Michael will advise families in connection with portfolio allocation and management, specifically with respect to alternative investment strategies.

Class Note: Brittany DiPaolo, BBA ’17

Brittany DiPaolo, BBA ’17, recently started No Kid Fights Alone, a nonprofit that sells gymnastics leotards to help children battling cancer. The organization donates 100% of its profits to Gill Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders of Children’s Health and is supported by Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez. Class Note: David Valaer, MBA ’87

The National Board of State Funeral for World War II Veterans announced David Valaer, MBA ’87, and Susana Rabel as co-chairs of their important work in Texas. David will spearhead public awareness to ask the Trump Administration to provide a state funeral in Washington. D.C., for the last remaining World War II Medal of Honor recipient, when he passes away.

Varsity Brands announced that Justin Kentor, BBA ’00, has joined the Company as Chief of Strategy and Business Transformation effective immediately. In this capacity, Justin will report to Varsity Brand’s CEO, Adam Blumenfield, and assume responsibility for the strategic integration of new initiatives, as well as overall development and execution of the Company’s business and growth strategies.

Josh Cobb, BBA & MPA ’08, has become SitePro’s new Chief Financial Officer. Josh joined the team to manage the financial aspects of the Company, including the reporting and analysis of historical performance, treasury management and the development of revenue and cash flow projections.

Class Note: Stephen Woods, MBA ’02

Stephen Woods, MBA alumnus, has joined Eyecare Services Partners (ESP) as Vice President of Finance. Stephen will report to Chief Financial Officer Aaron Cho and leads ESP’s Corporate Finance function where he will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial operation, and financial management support for initiatives to grow organically and through acquisitions.
