Class Note: Dave Austin, BBA ’94

Dave Austin, BBA ’94, was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Nazdar SourceOne, a leading printing supply distributor for the industrial and textile printing industries. He previously served as the President and COO of GSI Technologies, a printed electronics and label manufacturer, in Chicago, Illinois. Dave is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in both Chicago and Kansas City, Kansas.

Class Note: Lilly Galichi, BBA ’05

Lilly Ghalichi is a Persian American fashion designer, attorney, blogger and reality star who has a net worth of $2.5 million. Lilly Ghalichi rose to fame as a cast member of Bravo’s reality television show The Shahs of Sunset. While Lilly Ghalichi may look like a “Persian Barbie” with her long skinny legs and skimpy outfits, she is much more than meets the eye. In addition to being a knock out, Ghalichi is also an attorney, fashion designer, and blogger. Ghalichi is originally from Houston but moved to Los Angeles after passing the bar exam. Instead of pursuing a legal career, Ghalichi knew that her passions were in the fashion world. Lilly was introduced to the world of Shahs of Sunset as one of cast member Reza Farahan’s real estate clients. Outside of the world of reality television, Lilly Ghalichi has launched a line of racy bikinis that is inspired by lingerie called “Have Faith Swimgerie”. Lilly earned her Bachelor’s degree from Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin then went to Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she graduated Cum Laude with honors. In addition to her line of swimgerie, Lilly recently launched a line of eyelashes called “Lilly Lashes”. Ghalichi was featured in seasons two and three of Shahs of Sunset. Her real name is Neelufar Seyed Ghalichi. She was born in Houston, Texas in April 1983 and married Dara Mir in 2017. Class Note: Jerry Kreitman, BBA ’86

C2 Systems is pleased to announce that Jerry Kreitman has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales. Jerry will be responsible for leading C2’s sales and marketing teams, as well as developing new business and partnership opportunities for the company’s Covalent loan origination solution and Vision data aggregation and decision engine.

Class Note: Scott Delaney, MBA ’00

Unichem Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., “Company”, a Hasbrouck Heights based specialty generic pharmaceutical company, today announced that Scott Delaney, MBA ’00, has joined the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer – North America for the Company’s parent, Unichem Laboratories Limited, based in Mumbai, India.

Mihir Kumar has joined Sasken Technologies, a product engineering and digital transformation solutions provider, as Senior VP and Head, Industrials Business Unit to lead the company’s efforts in the Industrials segment.

Mark R. Lee, MD, PhD, nationally and internationally recognized pediatric neurosurgeon, has been named to lead the Department of Neurosurgery in the West Virginia University School of Medicine.

Class Note: Diya Sikka, BBA ’11

Diya Sikka, BBA ’11, graduated from Harvard Business School MBA program in May, 2018 specializing in Health Care. Diya worked as a Senior Consultant, Strategic Retail Operations, Advisor, Caremark Product Innovation and Management and Healthcare Policy Researcher, Government Affairs for CVS for nearly 4 years before starting MBA program at HBS in 2016. Diya will start working for McKinsey.

Class Note: Lisa Wilmore Cheng, MSTC ’16

Liza Wilmore, MSTC ’16 & Jason Cheng (Harvard ’00) were married on 12 May ’18 at Hills of Lakeway in Austin, Texas. Lisa is the Project Director for the Railroad Commission of Texas, and Jason is President of Jason Cheng Design, Inc. The celebration of their nuptials served as an unofficial reunion of MSTC ’16 Longhorn alumni. The couple hosted a traditional Chinese tea ceremony before joining the MSTC alumni for the reception.

Class Note: Jim McInnis, BBA ’64

Jim McInnis, BBA ’64, a retired senior executive of the Central Intelligence Agency and former CIA Officer in Residence UT Faculty Member, 1987-89, was recently elected to the office of Mayor of the City of Hamilton, Texas. McInnis, who built a second career as a security executive in the private sector, retiring as the Director of Asset Protection for BHP Billiton, remains active in the security industry and is the CEO of a small, Texas based security related technical development company, Thorad LLC.
