“The Check Your Blind Spots” unconscious bias tour Created by CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™  will be coming to McCombs on March 13, 2019 between 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Gregory Gym Plaza. MPAs and BBAs are invited to attend a lunch/reception in the Hall of Honors from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. We will be discussing D&I in the workplace. “The Check Your Blind Spots” unconscious bias tour is designed to give people the opportunity to learn about unconscious bias, or blind spots, and explore ways to mitigate this bias in their everyday lives. Through a series of immersive activities, individuals are exposed to the nuances of unconscious bias and then, are given the opportunity to pledge their commitment to addressing personal biases and cultivate inclusive behaviors.
