Well here’s your chance. The AICPA will field test Uniform CPA simulation item types.  These simulations will be similar in length and relative difficulty to what you might expect to see on the CPA Exam. Since the exercises involved may someday appear on the exam, students will benefit not only by having the opportunity to see the design and functionality of the CPA Exam, but also by receiving instant feedback on their performance.

The AICPA is looking for participants with the following qualifications:

  • Need graduate students in accountancy programs.
  • Each student would be asked to complete roughly 7 simulated accountancy tasks in a 2.5 hour sitting.
  • The testing will take place in ModLab West (CBA 5.304) on 11/9 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3 PM and on 11/11 from 8:30 AM to 11 AM.
  • In return for participation, the AICPA will provide confidential, individual feedback to the students immediately after the field testing is completed.

There are only 40 spots per session, so reserve your spot early by signing up at http://www.doodle.com/ccdkkh3p33zi8huh
