The Dept. of Accounting is looking for 7-8 TAs for first and/or second summer sessions.   Most of the positions are for 10 or 15 hours/week (depending on enrollment in the class) and carry a stipend of approximately $710 or $1,060 per session, respectively.  I’ve listed the courses that are being offered this summer.

In order to be appointed in either one or both sessions, you need to:

  • Be enrolled for at least 3 credit hours during one session (in other words, you
don’t have to be enrolled during the session that you work as a TA),
  • Be registered as a graduate student,
  • Have an overall GPA of at least 3.0.

If you meet these requirements and you’re interested in being a TA for any of these courses, please complete the attached application sent to your email under the title “Summer TA Positions” or email Jan Gillespie at jan.gillespie@mccombs.utexas.edu.
