Consumer Reporting Specialist I Position

Purpose of Job

This role has a work from home option. Within defined guidelines and framework, responsible for responding to and validating credit bureau reporting for members. Researches credit reporting issues utilizing applicable tools to perform a quality assessment and provide resolution in a timely manner and with superior customer experience.
