Out For Undergrad Business Conference (O4UB)
Out for Undergrad Business Conference (O4UB) is the premier conference for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) undergraduate students who are interested in developing their professional careers in business. Each year, the conference brings together over 300+ of the nation’s brightest and most accomplished LGBTQ+ undergraduate leaders to New York City in Fall 2021 for an all-expenses-paid weekend of professional development, networking, and recruiting with top financial services, consulting, and professional services firms, in addition to companies looking to hire for client services and business strategy roles. Due to Covid-19, the conference will be held on the weekend of April 17 and Fall 2021. All Spring / Summer programming is scheduled to be fully virtual, while Fall programming is currently slated to be site-based in New York City. Applications for the conference have officially opened ( www.outforundergrad.org/apply), and Round 1 of applications closes on December 4th at 11:59 pm EST. (See attached flyer for more information)
