John E. Mankin, Sr. – Texas Cable Association Endowed Scholarship Fund
Awarded to a junior, senior, or graduate student with at least 3.00 GPA, a high degree of interest in the Cable TV industry, and financial need.

In order to apply, qualified students must submit:

  • A cover page listing the student’s name, EID, and major.
  • A written narrative of at least two pages in which the student will discuss his/her interest in pursuing a career in Cable TV and includes a statement of his/her financial need.
  • Two letters of recommendation.

Please submit these materials to the Moody College of Communication’s Program Manager for Undergraduate Education in BMC 2.600 by noon on March 5.
