The Washington Center has a paid accounting internship position available this summer in Austin through the Federal Diversity Internship Initiative.

The position is with the National Credit Union Administration for graduate students with Accounting, Finance, or Business backgrounds. Strong accounting coursework is required, and practical experience in a financial institution is preferred. It is recommended that candidates have access to a car for this position as well.

The accepted student will receive free housing in the Austin area, as well as a stipend to help cover food, travel to the internship, and other living expenses.
