Job Summary:
The Textron Leadership Development Program: Finance position allows you to gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, accounting, the development of business analysis and reporting, cross-functional exposure and more. The position serves as a full-time member of a Finance department in both daily activities and special projects related to the Finance function and achieving business objectives.

This 2-year rotational program features two 1-year assignments in different business units within Textron or the Textron Corporate Office. The program accelerates participants’ professional development, culminating in placement into one of the company’s business units or Corporate Office.

This rotational program gives participants on-the-job and formal training, visibility to high-level Finance leaders, and exposure to multiple functional areas. Candidates with a solid finance and/or accounting background and demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply.  You may apply for this position through OCR by May 8.
