If you are graduating this fall you are invited to participate in the McCombs Commencement Ceremony on Sunday December 9 at 10:00 a.m.

The deadline to RSVP was Friday November 16. If you are planning to participate but did not RSVP, please contact MPAEvents@mccombs.utexas.edu immediately.

Information from the UT Co-op Regarding Regalia:

Deadlines & Important Dates:

November 23:   Last day for Masters Students to purchase regalia.
November 30:    Last day for Bachelors Students to purchase regalia.

Pricing: Green Weaver caps & gowns for the bachelors & masters students have been a big success, we are proud to offer them again this season – each gown is made of 23 recycled water bottles!

Bachelors Regalia Set (cap, gown, stole, and tassel): $55.99
Masters Regalia Set (cap, gown, hood, and tassel):   $64.99
If you are graduating with both degrees this semester, you only have to wear the masters’ regalia- there’s no need to purchase two gowns.

Invitations and Announcements: The Co-op has a wide variety of package sizes. Students may purchase personalized invitations as low as $15.00 for a set of 10. Turn-around time is 2-5 business days. We recommend students send invitations out to arrive at least 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.

Commencement Weekend: The Co-op Graduation Department will be open early (at least an hour before the ceremonies begin) on graduation weekend – if anyone has lost an item or forgotten something, we’ll be open.

FAQs: -Students may use their Co-op rebate cards toward their purchases (including online orders). -Bachelors and Masters Students must purchase their set of regalia (as designed by the University). Rentals are not available. The tassel color you need is “drab”.
