The Austin CPA Chapter, a nonprofit membership association for CPAs and those wishing to become a CPA, is hosting a Students/Candidates Meet the Firms event on Thursday, October 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dave & Buster’s. This will be a great opportunity for accounting students to meet area firms and Chapter representatives. Plus, we’ll be doing a drawing for prizes, have a great buffet available and provide information on Chapter scholarships (deadline to apply is November 30).
