7th Annual “Welcome to the Beltway” – A Week in Washington, D.C. May 24th-28th
“Welcome to the Beltway” is a five-day seminar and visit to the nation’s capital hosted by the Archer Center and the DC Texas Exes. The seminar is for undergraduates, graduate students and alumni of the University of Texas System to learn about potential career opportunities in fields such as government, politics, business, law, communication and non-profits.
The program includes:
- Career Panel Discussions
- Networking Receptions/Events
- Young Professionals Luncheon
- Sightseeing Tours
The program fee is $395/person and includes 4 nights of lodging, career panels, sightseeing tours, evening receptions, several meals and lunch with young professionals living in D.C. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your application in early.
