William Blair has recently launched a pilot program: “A Bridge to Investment Banking for Women Pursuing an Accounting Degree.”

About the Program

  • This program is designed to select highly-motivated and top-achieving women from these undergraduate accounting programs and educate each candidate on the compelling career opportunities outside of the traditional accounting path.
  • Over the course of 6 weeks, candidates will be asked to attend 1 – 3 hour sessions, per week, to focus on the basics of investment banking, technical training and interview/recruiting preparation

Who Should Apply

  • Current undergraduate Sophomore and Junior Women, majoring in accounting and interested in exploring career alternatives outside of the standard accounting path
