The 2020–2021 Stars Scholarship application is open. This scholarship is for continuing students (undergraduates and graduates) who are from south or west Texas and have at least a 2.7 GPA.

Scholarship Criteria

  • Completed 12 undergraduate college hours
  • Earned a 2.7+ college cumulative institution GPA
  • Completed a high school diploma
  • U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency
  • Permanent residence in south or west Texas
