Fall BBA and/or MPA graduates, please review the following information regarding the Commencement Ceremony carefully. Please also share this information with your friends and family.

McCombs Fall Commencement Ceremony
Frank Erwin Center
Sunday, December 8, 2013 
10:00 a.m. (Graduates should arrive at 9:00 a.m.)  

Graduates should arrive at the Red River entrance of the Frank Erwin Center one hour prior to the ceremony (9:00 a.m.). You will first check-in with McCombs staff members in the Lone Star Room. Ushers will be available to direct you. You will line up with the other graduates from your major; however, you are not required to assemble in alphabetical order. Please note that graduation candidates should leave all personal items with their guests. Items such as bags, purses, and coats cannot be carried onto the floor, and cannot be left in the Lone Star Room.

The ceremony will last approximately 2.5 hours.

Live Feed of Ceremony:
A live feed of the ceremony will be available online. This is a great way for friends and family members who are not able to attend the ceremony to watch from home. The feed will be available the morning of the ceremony.

Parking:
The Frank Erwin Center is adjacent to several parking garages, both state-owned and UT-owned. Click here for a complete map of surrounding parking options.

Guests of Graduates:
Guests should enter the Frank Erwin Center via the North Entrance, towards MLK Boulevard. Ushers will be available to direct them. Further information for guests of graduates can be found online.

Disability Accommodations for Guests of Graduates:
Garages are equipped with parking spots for the mobility impaired. There will also be a drop-off location at the Red River Street entrance of the Frank Erwin Center for guests with mobility impairments.  The entrance is on the west side of the building. Ushers will be available to assist with wheelchair seating.

Regalia:
The deadline to purchase regalia was November 22 for MPA graduates and November 29 for BBA graduates.  If you did not purchase regalia please contact the Graduation Department at the Main Co-op at 800-255-1896 option 9 ASAP to see how they can assist you.  The wearing of regalia is mandatory at UT Commencement ceremonies.
