Real Estate Outlook from the McCombs School's Real Estate Center
Real Estate professionals will get together to discuss leadership and ethics based on their own past experiences and give advice to our students.
The forum is made up of Michael Dardick of Granite Properties, Steve Feinberg of Cerberus Capital Management, Mark Gibson of HFF, Steve LeBlanc of TRS, and Sam Mitts of USAA Real Estate Company.
Collectively. It’s a word used frequently by Mark Gibson when discussing the growth of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, one of the largest and most successful capital markets companies in the country. 
Joseph Cahoon, MBA ’05, is a lecturer in real estate finance and is Managing Director of the McCombs School’s Real Estate Finance and Investment Center (REFIC), which combines academic research, real-world networking and undergraduate and graduate real estate education. 
The Center's purpose is to support curriculum development in real estate at the university as well as to support faculty research and faculty development in the department. The Center is the focal point for the creation of a nationally recognized real estate program.
