JP Morgan is a very popular name and firm here in our area. It even does have their own building built within the vicinity here. As far as I know about them, they really are probable and very competitive when it comes to the real estate industry. I hope they gain more in the future.

I think the Real-estate competition to promote the real-estate investment analysis will be good and interesting. It is good to conduct competitions like this as this will help the students to improve their skill in real-estate business. Real-estate business is not that good like it use to be a couple of years ago, so students really need some skill to survive in this field.
