November 5th: Helping Friends in Distress

From the CMHC website: ” Through conversations and role plays, students learn how to talk with a friend they’re concerned about who is experiencing mental health distress.”

November 14th: Approaches to common graduate student pitfalls

This interactive workshop provided by the Student Ombuds office will discuss different pitfalls graduate students may experience and how to address them.

November 19th: Bouncing Back: coping with failure and rejection

From the CMHC website: “This workshop helps to normalize the experience of failure and rejection, explains the Growth vs. Fixed mindset as a framework for understanding resilience and provides concrete coping strategies.”
