The McCombs FanTAXtic Team made it past the Deloitte FanTAXtic Case Competition regionals and will be competing at the National Competition at Deloitte University, January 13-15!

Alejandra Flores, Abhinav Sridharan, Adam Sugerman, Julie Riess and Patrick Brinkmann have all worked tirelessly to prepare for this highly regarded case competition and it’s a thrill to see all of their hard work paid off! Only nine regional teams are selected to advance to the national competition, where they compete for more than $50,000 in individual scholarships and institutional awards. The interactive competition includes role-playing and presentations to help students better understand the experiences and challenges they can expect from a career in tax.

Big thanks to Terri Holbrook for giving her time and expertise to help these students achieve such an impressive win.
