Recognizing Relationship Violence: A BeVocal Lunch and Learn with Voices Against Violence When: Tuesday, February 16 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. RSVP required What’s our power and responsibility to do something about relationship violence while in grad school? This interactive workshop will explore red flags of dating and domestic violence, forms of abuse, the cycle of violence, resources on and off-campus and how to support a survivor by choosing to BeVocal and intervene safely. Seats limited to the first 30 graduate students who RSVP. Free lunch provided! |
Grad Student Prom 2016: Back to the 80’s When: Friday, February 19, from 6:30 – 11:00 p.m. RSVP recommended This is a night for grad students to spend some quality time with their special somebody(s!) and discover how to have healthy relationships of all kinds while enjoying FREE FOOD, dancing to a live DJ, winning prizes in a costume competition for best 80’s style, playing games, and more! Tickets (max of 2 per person) can be reserved on EventBrite. Event is free!!! |
