Dell is seeking two Junior Honors Students at the University of Texas with strong leadership experience who are interested in an international internship in Panama during the Summer of 2012.

As a global company, Dell strives to leverage diversity and international knowledge to better understand and meet the changing needs of our customers worldwide. This international internship furthers that goal by providing Honors Finance/Accounting/MPA students of The University of Texas at Austin with the opportunity to enhance global skills and understanding of the global marketplace. Upon successful completion of the internship, the intent is for interns to be the pipeline of talent for full-time positions at Dell. There will also be interviews conducted at the end of the internship for consideration in our esteemed Finance Development Program as well as full time employment with Dell.

Program Overview:
Internship with 7 weeks at the Dell headquarters in Round Rock and 4 weeks in Panama
• First 3 weeks in Round Rock
• Next 4 weeks in Panama
• Final 4 weeks in Round Rock for performance evaluation and full-time interviews

International expenses paid in addition to internship compensation
• Hotel
• Work Week Lunch
• Transportation
• Airfare
• Work Permit

• Resume Deadline: November 25
• 1st Round Interviews @ UT Campus:  December 2nd
• 2nd Round Interviews @ Dell Campus: Early December
• Internship: Summer 2012, Late May- Early August
