MPA Students Awarded Prestigious Endowed Presidential Scholarships

June 15th, 2009 · Awards and honors · MPA program · MPA students · Posted by Dorothy Brady

Seven MPA students have been awarded Unrestricted Endowed Presidential Scholarships (UEPS) for 2009-10. The students were nominated by the Department of Accounting based on outstanding performance in coursework, extracurricular activities, public service and a personal statement. The scholarships are considered among the most prestigious on campus. A committee appointed by UT President William Powers made the selections.

Since UEPS scholarships are open to all students at the university regardless of major, it is especially impressive that seven of nine MPA students who were nominated received one of these notable scholarships.

Congratulations to:

Casey Mogk - Eva Stevenson Woods award
Robert Nadolny - Eva Stevenson Woods award
