Hot off the presses, (so to speak) it’s the Spring/Summer 2009 issue of Texas, the McCombs School magazine.
That’s Assistant Professor of Management Ethan Burris on the cover. In the story “Missing Voices,” you’ll read about his research on employee voice and learn why people are afraid to speak up at work and how bosses can gather productive feedback from employees.
The issue also includes a feature on the McCombs real estate program, expert advice from alumni and thoughts on the recession from McCombs professors Raji Srinivasan, Robert Prentice and Doug Dierking.
