On Monday, Oct. 20, the McCombs School Communications Department will be shooting a virtual tour of the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Our goal is for this virtual tour to depict the variety of ways our current students, faculty, staff and alumni use the facility. We are seeking people from these groups to pose in a scene (classroom interaction, dining experience, courtyard break, etc.) during the shoot.
Each scene will take less than one hour to shoot, and refreshments and beverages will be provided. This is a photography-based virtual tour, so participants will not need to act or have speaking roles. Participants are asked to dress business casual or formal.
You may sign up for a one-hour time slot between the hours of 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. for Monday, Oct. 20. If you can help out, please send your availability by Friday, Oct. 17 to sandra.taylor@mccombs.utexas.edu.
