UPDATE: Due to weather concerns, the AT&T Center filming has been canceled and will be rescheduled for another date.
The McCombs Communications office needs volunteers ages 25+ to help with filming promotional video for the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center July 13-14. No acting experience is necessary, and lunch will be provided. There is no dialogue, and a full day commitment is not required.
MBA and executive education students are strongly encouraged to participate, as this is who they will be portraying. Faculty, staff, family and friends are welcome to be a part of the production.
Volunteers will need to dress in business professional or business casual attire. For more information, contact kris.maxwell@mccombs.utexas.edu.
Saturday 9/13:
Shifts: 7 a.m.-Noon, Noon-5p.m., or all day
Ages: 30+
Dress: Business casual attire
Diverse ethnicities encouraged
Sunday 9/14

Ages: 25+
Dress: Professional attire and/or business casual
