Upon relocating to Austin from Washington DC, MBA/Advertising Dual Degree Candidate Dan Driscoll was shocked at how low the cost of living was compared to other large cities. Excited about the opportunity to be homeowners, Dan and his fiancée, who were renting an apartment near campus, began looking at buying a home. They eventually settled on an apartment in the North-Central part of town and their experience was so positive that Dan wanted to share his story and make more prospective students aware of this option.
