The second annual Renewable Energy Case Challenge took place over two days (January 27 – 28, 2011) at The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Over the two days, each team competed to solve a case regarding one of the many significant challenges currently facing the renewable energy industry. The case was written by the RECC committee in association with Duke Energy.
The team was made up of second year MBA students Josh Stillman and Jacob Steubing and first year students Chris Wolf and Kevin White.
The Texas MBA team defeated 15 other schools from top business schools such as: Anderson – UCLA, Booth – University of Chicago, Columbia, Darden – Virginia, Fuqua – Duke, Haas – Berkeley, HEC – Montreal, Johnson – Cornell, Kelley – Indiana, Kellogg – Northwestern, Kenan-Flagler – UNC, Ross – University of Michigan, Tepper – Carnegie Mellon and Tuck – Darthmouth.
