My questions to the Good Senators:
How are we going to followup and verify that the money goes to just products and not the pockets of the government officials?
What are the metrics and how will they be quantified to determine success?

You are right on the money;
We should re-think how aid is provided so to any third world country, just not Pakistan so that Corrupt Politicians, High Handed Military or Sectarian/Religeous organizations do not re-direct or mis-use the help. And it truly helps the the country build itself
Thanks

I’m curious about how private equity funds have done as an investment vehicle in these developing regions. Does anyone know if there is any evidence that alludes to their performance in this matter.
