The purpose of The LeaderShape® Institute is to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants and facilitators, which is demonstrated on their campus, in their community or within their organizations.
Leadership is not positional and does not require formal authority or personal charisma. Every person in the world has the capacity to effectively lead with integrity™, and this capacity can be developed in all people who are committed to doing so. One’s capacity to lead with integrity™ can be developed over time through disciplined practice. A commitment to the discipline of leadership development is a lifetime journey.
The McCombs School of Business has hosted 11 campus-based sessions since 2003, and over 600 students have participated. You could be the next LeaderShaper! If you are interested in making LeaderShape a part of your life, come to an info session or check out our website.
