Attention all incoming freshmen and first year business transfer students! The Undergraduate Business Council would like to invite you to attend McCombs Kickoff 2010, on August 23rd from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. This is an annual event to jump start your year at McCombs. The day is designed for you meet other incoming business students and have a day of fun before school starts.
Students will be organized into teams to participate in team-building activities and sports at Zilker Park, one of the most beautiful areas in Austin. To cool off from the hot Texas heat, you can dip into Barton Springs and later end the day on a boat cruise on Lake Austin.
For only twenty dollars you will receive two catered meals from local Austin eateries, a McCombs Kickoff T-shirt, a day full of activities at Zilker Park, an awesome boat cruise on Lake Austin and newly formed relationships with your peers and upperclassmen.
