U.S News and World Report ranked the McCombs School of Business the sixth best business program in its 2010 survey of undergraduate programs. McCombs is tied for third among public schools, and this marks the 11th year in a row for McCombs to place seventh or higher in the U.S. News rankings.

Texas Rises in Forbes Ranking of Full-Time MBAs

In Forbes magazine’s 2009 ranking of MBA programs across the country, the full-time Texas MBA was listed at 11 overall, and second among public schools. In the last ranking in 2007, McCombs was 14 overall, and third among public schools.

The Financial Times released its annual ranking of the top 100 global MBA programs, and Texas has moved up significantly from last year. UT, McCombs Lead in Study Abroad

The University of Texas at Austin is among the top three universities sending students abroad and the Top 10 universities educating international students, according to the new “Open Doors” report, published by the Institute of International Education (IIE). The top five destinations for students are the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, China and France.
