Thai Cooking Class with Dr. Dierking for Austin MBA Alumni

Are you wishing you could go on a Texas MBA Global Trip for Spring Break? You can! Right here in Austin, the MBA Alumni Chapter is offering “Global Trip Southeast Asia.”

Join us for a cooking class of Thai favorites and a lecture from Dr. Doug Dierking, leader of the Global Southeast Asia trip.

The menu includes:

  • Coconut soup with chicken and mushrooms
  • Pad Thai with tofu and shrimp
  • Sticky rice and mango*
  • Red curry with chicken and seasonal vegetables**Will be pre-cooked due to time constraints.

    Thai cooking is quite exotic in relation to traditional American fare. It is nice to be able to cook up a few genuine dishes in one’s own kitchen.
