Two Texas MPA students won the 2016 Elijah Watt Sells Award. Charles Sims (BBA ’15, MPA ’15) and Andrew J. Smith (BBA ’15, MPA ’16) not only passed all 4 sections of the Uniform CPA Examination, they obtained a cumulative average score above 95.50 on across all sections. Out of a total 102,323 individuals who sat for the Examination in 2016, only 58 candidates met the criteria for the Elijah Watt Sells Award this year. Charles is currently employed with EY in Houston, TX and Andrew works in Dallas, TX for KPMG, LLP.
